Dear You,

We started Bonded By the Burn in the middle of a pandemic. Yep - we are those people. Why are we these people? Well, of course, to serve our clients at home when they couldn’t meet us in the studio, but there’s another reason. We started it because we want to totally shift the idea that at-home workouts are easier than ones taken in real life. We believe––strike that––know, that our workouts are some of the hardest and best out there, studio or no studio. Don’t believe us? Good. Take just one class and prove us wrong. 

Our classes are designed to push you from “I’m in good shape.” to “I’m in the best shape of my life.” Trust us...4 weeks and you’ll feel stronger, your shit will be tighter, and you will have so much more energy. 

Whether meeting us whenever, wherever via our streamed classes, or you’re joining us IRL over Zoom, we promise that we will engage muscles you never even knew you had and help push you through the mental blocks that are keeping you from your best body yet. 

This “journey” (sorry for the cheese, but it’s just too true) is about to be challenging. You will want to curse us out. Go ahead! It will be worth it! But we promise, if you stick with it, you are 4 weeks out from noticing a serious difference to your strength, tone, and energy.

MEET TRACY

A native New Yorker, Tracy spent her adolescent years immersed in classical ballet. Dedication, teamwork mentality and self-discipline were just a few of the tools instrumental in Tracy's success after dance.

Tracy's journey into the fitness industry began in 2011 when she discovered The Lagree Fitness Method and MegaFormer while living in Los Angeles.  Tracy was instantly hooked (and sore!) and became determined to share the workout with her East Coast friends. In 2012 Tracy moved back to NY to build Brooklyn Bodyburn, the cult following studio fitness enthusiasts from around the world would flock to. Three studios later, in 2017, Tracy sold Brooklyn Bodyburn to SLT & North Castle Partners.  Tracy later joined SLT for 3 years to lead instructor training.

For the past 10 years Tracy has coached with the philosophy that everything starts in the mind before it does the physical body. In 2019, Tracy received a certificate in Applied Positive Psychology in order to incorporate the mind-body integration into her coaching.

Over the years Tracy has been featured by Women's Health, Men's Health, SHAPE, SELF, Glamour, Elle, New York Magazine, Well+Good, Harper's Bazaar and Good Morning America.

MEET LUCY

Growing up in Vero Beach, FL, Lucy was an athlete: she played several sports but quickly took to lacrosse. Lucy and her high school lacrosse team won 4 state championships, and she subsequently went on to play NCAA DI lacrosse at Davidson College. The fuel in Lucy’s engine was a calling to be a teammate and push limits, which led her to the NYC boutique fitness space shortly after graduating. 

She is an RRCA certified run coach and has coached several modalities. No matter the method, the message is consistent. Lucy brings a distinctly athletic presence to everything she does, ready to help you lean into your full potential.
