How do I join the LIVE class?
All monthly subscribers (including those in their 3-day free trial) can participate in our LIVE classes which are currently offered via Zoom. Click HERE to view this week's live Zoom class schedule. Not a member? Purchase an à-la-carte drop-in class for $10 to attend/sign up for a live class! Click HERE.
Are the LIVE classes loaded to the On Demand library?
Yup! The recording from all LIVE classes will be added to our On Demand library. We upload all new content (live class recordings and prerecorded classes) every Monday EOD.
How often is new content added?
We add 3-7 new workouts each week!
Do I need to use equipment?
We incorporate gliders into all classes and we use resistance bands, a chair and weights (these are optional!) in almost all classes. Click HERE to view our complete list of equipment.
What if I don't have the proper equipment?
You can sub out as needed!
Instead of gliders, you can also use paper plates, washcloths, socks that slip, Havak gliders.
Weights are always optional! You may swap these out with a weighted object.
All leg exercises using resistance bands can be performed without bands.
All upper body exercises using resistance bands can be subbed out with weights or body weight. Watch our Equipment 101 video HERE.
